鍵合固定相之所以廣泛用在毛細(xì)管柱中，是因?yàn)槟芴峁┑闹|(zhì)量。為了真正地融合傳統(tǒng)的填充柱和毛細(xì)管柱各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，有必要開發(fā)用于填充柱的鍵合液相?，F(xiàn)在通過使用Restek鍵合固定相填充柱，填充柱色譜分析者可以享有短的調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間的、低的流失水平、更長的使用壽命。
在制作過程中用溶劑沖洗的方法去除能延長調(diào)節(jié)周期的低分子量聚合物片段。我們的鍵合填料在30分鐘內(nèi)就可以恢復(fù)穩(wěn)定。因?yàn)殒I合相的流失很低，檢測器可以在靈敏度很高的狀況下工作，數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)對流失補(bǔ)償?shù)男枨笠脖淮蟠蠼档汀?/span>

鍵合固定相的另外一個優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是比非鍵合固定相的壽命長。相比非鍵合固定相，鍵合固定交聯(lián)鍵合力，分子間的作用力更大，因而抗氧化能力更強(qiáng)。由于這種材料是*的交聯(lián)結(jié)合，因此不會像非鍵合草料那樣出現(xiàn)液相流失現(xiàn)象。
